Refunds Policy

Ticket Cancellation & Refunds

You are entitled to cancel your General Admission ticket purchase within 7 days from the date of purchase without providing any reason.

Workout & Workshop Access tickets are not eligible for refund due to limited quantity class access.

The deadline for cancellation is 7 days from the date of purchase. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will process refunds no later than 7 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, and you will not incur any fees for the refund.

Conditions for Ticket Refunds

• The request must be made within 7 days from the purchase date.
• The ticket must not have been used for event entry.
• Refunds are only available for standard ticket purchases. Special promotions, discounted tickets, or workout/workshop tickets are non-refundable (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase).
• No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased less than 48 hours before the event.

Non-Refundable Tickets

The following tickets are not eligible for refunds:

• Tickets purchased through third-party vendors or resale platforms.
• Tickets for events that have already taken place.
• Tickets purchased under non-refundable promotions.
• Tickets transferred to another individual.

Event Cancellations & Postponements

If Matcha On Ice is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.

If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days of the rescheduling announcement.

Gifted Tickets

If the ticket was purchased as a gift and sent directly to the recipient, any refund will be issued as event credit that can be used for future Matcha On Ice events.
