2. General Admission: Marketplace Access & Connection Hour

In return for being permitted to participate in the event identified below, I, for myself and my heirs, representatives, and successors, release and waive any claims against the Released Parties, including but not limited to Matcha On Ice LLC and all sponsors, advertisers, and service providers involved in the event.

DESCRIPTION OF EVENT & ACTIVITIES

Event Name: Matcha on Ice
Event Activities: Includes, but is not limited to, serving and consuming food and beverages, cold plunges, ice baths, saunas, compression therapy, stretching, physical activity, IV treatments, red light therapy, workout classes, padel, and various other activities.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

I acknowledge and agree that participation in the Event is voluntary and involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Death, paralysis, heart attacks, stroke, drowning, hypothermia/hyperthermia, frostbite

• Exhaustion or heat stroke, concussions, eye, joint, or bone injuries

• Risks associated with food consumption, minor/severe burns, exacerbation of pre-existing conditions

• Exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases

By clicking the consent box or electronically signing this Agreement, I confirm that I have assessed the risks and voluntarily assume them.

INDEMNIFICATION AND HOLD HARMLESS

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold the Released Parties harmless from any claims arising from my participation in the Event.

PUBLICITY RELEASE

I grant Matcha On Ice LLC permission to use my name, image, and voice in photographs, videos, and recordings taken at the Event for promotional purposes without compensation.

SEVERABILITY

If any portion of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the country and state/territory where the Event is held.

CONSENT TO ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE

I agree that electronically signing this Agreement has the same effect as a physical signature.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF UNDERSTANDING

I have read this entire Agreement, fully understand its terms, and confirm that I am signing it freely and voluntarily.
